Forest Avenue Flat · 2nd Floor, in our words

The second-floor Forest Avenue Flat was designed to make longer stays easy, for a move, a remote job or a travel assignment. Each bedroom has a queen and its own en-suite bathroom, the layout guests mention most. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for meals or work, a living room with a smart TV and Netflix, Google Fiber, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, off-street parking and a shared backyard and patio. It is the upper flat of a duplex, reached by an outside staircase, and it is available for stays of 30 days or longer. UMKC, Rockhurst, Hospital Hill, downtown and the Plaza are close.

A note from William

We set this home up ourselves, and we host it ourselves with a local team. If something comes up during your stay you will reach us, not a call centre. Ask me where to eat, what to see and how to get around; and if your plans change, we have other homes nearby and can often move you without interrupting your trip.
