Forest Avenue Flat · 1st Floor, in our words

The first-floor Forest Avenue Flat is set up for daily life in Kansas City, whether you are here for work, a move, an internship or temporary housing. Its two equal bedroom suites each have a queen and a private bathroom, which suits roommates, coworkers and travel professionals. The kitchen has the cookware, bakeware and dishes for everyday cooking, and the living and dining rooms leave space to work or eat together. There is 356 Mbps Wi-Fi, a workspace, a washer and dryer, a large backyard (not fenced) and off-street parking. It is the lower half of a duplex, so you may hear the flat upstairs now and then. Well-behaved pets are welcome.

A note from William

We set this home up ourselves, and we host it ourselves with a local team. If something comes up during your stay you will reach us, not a call centre. Ask me where to eat, what to see and how to get around; and if your plans change, we have other homes nearby and can often move you without interrupting your trip.
