Great stay and awesome location.
Decorated beautifully and pictures reflect true space. Host responded timely and was very helpful to any questions/requests I had.
Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking - utensils, pots/pans, baking ware, knives. Towels were soft, clean, and plenty was provided. In addition, there were plenty of extra sheets and pillows for a long(er) stay.
A few things to note -
• No toiletries (bring your own!)
• No additional seasonings (understandably so)
• No need to worry about losing keys, this is a keyless entry and very convenient.
NEIGHBORHOOD -
I wanted to express my opinion on the location as you could be wondering if it’s safe. The house is located east of Troost but posed no threat to my safety. This neighborhood had a few bad houses but you can tell that most of them are well kept and updated. I felt safe during my stay and would recommend this place if you’re solo or not. There is a security system in place, a digital lock, and updated windows.

I felt RIGHT AT HOME. I stayed for about three months. The house had so many home things I didn’t need anything more in the kitchen to make fancy meals and bake frequently. The dinning table was so big it was perfect for me to do law work. The bedrooms had a firm matters option and a more softer mattress setup. You could pick! It was fully stoked with paper towels, toilet paper, so many towels, kitchen towels, shampoo/ conditioner and even cleaning vacuum and brooms also mop etc. This place has so much natural lighting and HUGE windows. The neighbor was so peaceful I could leave my windows open and enjoy the breeze. I had my dog with me and we had a very specious green back yard and front porch. Lots of people walking their dogs on the street too. Honestly, I’ve stayed at so many airbnbs this is in my top. I already have another unit booked with William. 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This space was everything we needed and more to celebrate our daughter’s 14th birthday! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home—peaceful, clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully curated. The vibe was unmatched: cozy enough for connection and spacious enough for celebration.
The amenities were top-tier, the energy of the home was warm and welcoming, and the layout was perfect for family time, relaxation, and fun. Every detail—from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfy beds—felt intentional and elevated the experience.
It gave us the perfect backdrop to pour love into our daughter on such a special milestone. We created memories we’ll hold onto forever, and this space played a major part in that.
Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend for families, celebrations, or just a reset from the world. Grateful for this beautiful place!

William was a pleasant host and responded to our questions promptly. This home property is contemporary and comes with the comforts of an upscale hotel infused with the considerations of a family centered hotel. Features we enjoyed: luxury bedding, beautiful floors, elegant fire place with thoughtful Christmas decor including a department store quality Christmas tree, a modern kitchen with exceptional appliances and ample dishes and cutlery for our 9 guest group, WIFI that could handle all of devices, available board games for kids, tvs with plenty of options, secure parking and smart locks on the exterior doors. Our Union Station activities were a 6 min drive along with the area grocery stores. With a 15min drive we could access whatever we wanted to do. Congrats to this host for delivering a fun experience.

This house was the perfect place for our gathering! The host was responsive and kind. The house itself was just amazing - it was beautifully decorated, and we were surprised and delighted that it was decorated for Christmas, though the regular art in the house was bright and fun. Gathering spaces were great for a group - one room with a long table that was great for eating and playing games and another living room space that was great for cozy conversations! Almost all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which made the stay comfortable for everyone! The kitchen had pots and pans that made cooking simple meals do-able. Some of our large group also rented the house next door, and it was great to have them nearby!

We were a group of 12 and had a great stay. We especially loved that there was a huge dining room table for sharing meals together, plus lots of bathrooms and big beautiful bedrooms with king-size beds.
I was impressed with the style and charm of the house; there were lots of design details that made our stay feel a little more special. And initially I was skeptical that it was "near everything" but that turned out to be true - most places we wanted to go to in the city weren't more than 15-20 minutes away.
I appreciated that there was a bedroom and accessible shower on the first floor for my friends who have a harder time with stairs.

William's place was so perfect for our stay. It is so cute & comfy - exactly like the pictures! A lot of thought went into the decor and restoration to make sure guests have the perfect stay! It is very close to many KC attractions, very clean, and had all the amenities you could ever need. There were even a few little extras that put this place above and beyond in our eyes - umbrellas, full cable/smart TV, USB port chargers in the living area and both bedrooms, etc. We have stayed at a number of places in this area and William's place is now our favorite. We hope it is available again in the future!
Emily Forest Avenue Flat (2nd Floor Apt): 2BR with Priva
We loved the house! It had so much charm and character. It was easy to find. One thing that really stood out was the availability of garbage bags, towels, etc. There were plenty of garbage bags, extra towels, dishes, toiletries, etc. The only negative (and this wasn't a very big deal. We live in a very rural area and aren't used to the noise) was the proximity to a busy hospital. The ambulances came and went all night long sirens a blaren. Other than that, everything was fantastic. William was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely book again with him if we return to St. Louis!!

Had a great stay at this home. Loved the layout and charm of the house. Very cool. Had plenty of space for our group and worked well for our needs. William was very accommodating and responsive. House had all the amenities we needed to make the stay comfortable without us having to buy a bunch of extra things we'd only use once. (Soap, shampoo, conditioner in all the showers, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee pods). It was great. Location was convenient and we felt safe. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I’ve stayed in William among two of his properties for about 3-4 months of long term stay. He is amazingly responsive with in the first reach out. The place looks exactly like the photos. The bigger room was so comfortable, the bed was so comfy. I made intricate meals with ease. I love to cook. No noise issues. Could sleep soundly through out a whole day with no disturbances. The tub was larger than most for relaxing baths. I did spend time on the patio with a friends chatting it up with cold drinks. It was a delight.!
